Who we are
Orchestrify is run by Ali Zhour, in Lebanon. For anything on this page, message us on WhatsApp.
What this site collects
When you visit
Our web server keeps a log of each request: your IP address, the page you asked for, the time, and the headers your browser sends with it, such as its name and version, your language, and the page that linked here. We use it only to keep the site working and safe, and to count how often each page is visited. The log is kept for at most 30 days, then deleted.
We set no cookies. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and every file of this site, its fonts included, comes from our own server.
When you try the office
“Send it to the office” runs in your browser. What you type there is never sent anywhere.
When you send the form
We receive your name, the email address or WhatsApp number you give, your message, the language of the page, and the time. Our server passes it straight to Ali’s Telegram through a bot only we use. It keeps no copy, except for a short while if Telegram cannot be reached, until the message is delivered. It also keeps, for an hour at most, a count of messages from your IP address, to stop floods. Your message never goes to our pipeline or to any AI model.
We use it only to reply to you, and keep it as long as the conversation needs it. Ask, and we delete it.
When you message us on WhatsApp
WhatsApp, run by Meta, carries that conversation under its own terms. We see your number, your name as you set it, and what you write.
Who else handles it
- Telegram, which delivers the form to us.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you message us there.
- The company we rent our server from, which hosts it and does not look at what is on it.
We do not sell, share or rent your data to anyone.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or stop us using it. Message us and we will answer within 30 days. Lebanon’s Law No. 81 of 2018 on electronic transactions and personal data applies to us. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have your rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
