These terms cover your use of orchestrify.pro, which Ali Zhour runs (see the imprint). By using the site you accept them.
The site informs; it does not contract
Nothing on this site is an offer to contract. Work for you starts only under a written agreement that sets its scope, price and terms, and where that agreement differs from anything here, the agreement applies.
The figures and the demos
The figures on this site come from our own pipeline’s records, read on the date shown with them, and describe our work on our own online store. Your results depend on your business; we promise only what we put in writing.
“Send it to the office” and the phone replay are simulations built from a real task. They show how an office works. They do no work, and nothing you type into them leaves your browser.
Using the site
Please do not try to break, overload or copy the site in bulk, and do not send anything unlawful through the form, or anything you have no right to share.
What is ours
The text and design of this site are ours. You may link to any page, and quote short passages with a link back.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but provide it as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using it. Nothing here limits a liability the law does not let us limit.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Lebanon have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
